I'm currently undertaking my final project for my Product Design degree with solutions tackling water as a limited resource in agriculture. This is one of the solutions which I displayed in my interim exhibition along with three others. This is a device that uses the technology of a peltier (Thermo electric converter) dehumidifier to generate water from the atmosphere for chickens to drink. I'm not taking this design any further because I don't feel that peltier technology allows for this sort of water capture to currently be commercially viable however I had fun with it and the prototype worked better than I could have hoped for.
